“After a few months of trying to plan our destination wedding on our own, my stress and anxiety cued my husband to agree on finding a planner/ coordinator — and can I just say that choosing Angelica Montania was the best decision ever!! She was the biggest help in making our Hawaiian dream wedding come true!
I felt the stress lifted from my shoulders the moment I had that first consultation with her, and in turn Kevin no longer had to deal with my tears haha! Throughout the 9 months that we had her on board Angelica was very reliable and organised, she communicated with vendors for us, kept us on track with bookings and payments, and went out of her way to find better and cheaper options for us when asked. She was considerate of exactly what we wanted, attentive to all the details we probably would’ve overlooked without her, and was timely in responding to our constant flow of questions.
Angelica not only was professional, but was also such a kind soul and very approachable, which made it so easy to go to her with our concerns or any changes we wanted made. Her kindness and positive attitude was even more evident when we met in person —she welcomed Kevin and I in Hawaii with Leis, she would make meet up times/places so convenient for us, and just did everything with kindness, a calm spirit and a smile.
On the day of our wedding everything went smoothly, even with last minutes changes we wanted to make to the reception program Angelica remained calm and ensured everything was still seamless. Her and her team would also be seen running around to make sure our hungry bridesmaids and groomsmen were fed after our photoshoot. She looked after not just Kevin and I, but even our entourage and the guests.
Our wedding day ended up being beyond what we had expected, everything we envisioned and more. Angelica, you are such a gem, the best in the industry, amazing at what you do and the kindest soul! “I’ve struggled to write this review because I don’t think there are words to express our gratitude for Angelica and her team. Being based in the Midwest, a knowledgeable and responsive coordinator was a must for us and I can confidently say that Angelica blew every expectation out of the water! While her professionalism and industry knowledge was phenomenal, her ability to understand our goals, design + style, and the way we like to plan (Type A) exceeded every expectation we’d come in with. Angelica and her team found amazing deals, stunning vendor options, and never once pushed us past our budget (although I may have 😂). We found her full service coordinating to be EXTREMELY cost-effective and fair based on other local vendors. The peace of mind Angelica provided was priceless - never once was I concerned about forgetting any details, contracts, payment schedules, and certainly not quality! And this was for both our wedding and welcome event of 65 guests! From a logistical standpoint, we could not have done this without Angelica and her team. But more importantly, on a personal level, she was the reason for the wedding of our dreams and making the happiest day of our lives come true. Other than marrying each other, choosing Angelica and Forever Amour Events was, hands down, the single best choice we made for our wedding day!”

Angelica has provided absolutely top notch service for us when we started planning a potential destination wedding in Hawaii. Although we ultimately chose to not have our wedding in Hawaii, I wanted to leave a review for Angelica because she went above and beyond to help us - she answered so many questions over weeks, was extremely quick and responsive, reached out to vendors for us, and overall was a joy to work with. This is all WITHOUT a single payment! She was this helpful during the introductory process while we were vetting venues and planners. If she is this helpful with potential clients, I can't imagine how helpful she will be with her actual clients. I was saddened when we had to decide not to have our wedding in Hawaii, especially since I wouldn't be able to work with Angelica, which is why I'm leaving this review. She really deserves it!
